Thank you for playing Guilty Gear -Strive-.
We would like to inform you of the following issues confirmed in Ver.2.00.

Platforms: PS4 / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One / Steam / Windows

General / All Modes

  • The announcer voice at the start of battle does not read out Lucy’s name.
  • The name of Sidewinder Ignited is incorrectly displayed in certain languages.
    • Incorrect: Side Winder Ignited
    • Correct: Sidewinder Ignited

Battle Related

【Sol】

  • Under certain conditions, hitting with Sidewinder Ignited near the corner can cause another wall stick state to occur.

【Axl】

  • If Axl’s Winter Mantis hits the opponent during certain actions, the cinematic and post-hit behavior may become unintended.

【Nagoriyuki】

  • Certain effects may not be displayed when Yukimoyoi is activated during a time stop effect.
  • Blood Rage may activate if Yukimoyoi is used just before the Blood Gauge reaches its maximum.

【May】 (Update: April 20, 2026)

  • May wall sticks at an unintended position when wall sticking from an opponent's attack while activating Mr. Dolphin (Vertical) under certain conditions.

【Faust】 (Update: April 20, 2026)

  • The opponent's Afro state disappears when Faust enters a Guard Crush state under certain conditions.

【Bridget】 (Update: April 20, 2026)

  • The trajectory of Rolling Movement in mid-air becomes that of when the yo-yo is not deployed under certain conditions.

【Bedman?】 (Update: April 20, 2026)

  • The enhanced state of call 0x$1.00 does not end under certain conditions.

We are currently reviewing and adjusting the fixes for these items in our development environment, and we plan to release a patch during May.

For the current status of the battle balance adjustments, please check "Regarding Battle Balance Adjustments After Ver. 2.00".

We are also currently investigating the following issue and are planning an urgent fix.

Ranked Match

  • In Ranked Match, matchmaking is taking longer than intended, making matchmaking disparities more likely to occur.
    (Update: April 20, 2026) We have applied server-side adjustments, and we are currently observing signs of improvement. We remain fully committed to closely monitoring the situation and ensuring stability.
