Announcement Regarding Transfer of Publishing Rights for GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- in EMEA and Asia Regions

Arc System Works Co., Ltd. (Arc System Works) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to transfer the publishing rights for the fighting game “GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-” (PlayStation®4 / PlayStation®5 / Steam / Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One / Windows) for the European and Asian regions to its own operations, effective Thursday, February 26, 2026.

These rights were previously licensed to Bandai Namco Entertainment (Bandai Namco Europe S.A.S. for Europe and Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia Pte Ltd for Asia).

• Target Regions: EMEA and Asia (excluding Japan and South Korea)

• Scope: All sales, promotion, and operational activities in the designated regions.

This transfer will not affect your gameplay experience. Your save data, purchased DLC (Downloadable Content), and online play environment will remain fully accessible. You can continue to play with your existing accounts without any interruption.
