【Issue with Network Play】
We have confirmed several issues with network connection errors, disconnections, difficulty matching, and long connection wait times in online lobbies and player matches. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The development team is currently looking into several solutions for these problems. Although such fixes will be implemented gradually, we expect to provide improvements in future updates to reduce the frequency of these errors.
【Player R-Codes Changed During Play】
We have received reports of incidents where the Steam version has suddenly crashed during play, and the player’s name has been changed upon restarting the game. The development team is aware of this problem, and currently looking into several solutions.
It would be greatly appreciated if any players who have experienced this could submit the following information via the form below, to aid in addressing the issue at an early stage.
・Time and date when the problem occurred
・Game mode where it occurred (Ex: during an online match in a Player Match)
・Original player name
・Player name after change
We will post further updates regarding future game updates and their contents on the official web site and Twitter account.
We ask for your continued support for Guilty Gear -Strive-.
