In order to support the user community activities of GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- (hereinafter referred to as “this game”), Arc System Works Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) will provide a collection of official image materials for fans, called “Fan Kit” (hereinafter referred to as “this kit”), free of charge. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using this kit. By using this kit, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please read the entire document carefully before using this kit.

1. Definition of This Kit
This kit refers to the game logo, character illustrations, icons, wallpapers, and other official image materials specified by our company, which we provide at the following URL in accordance with these Terms of Use.

2. Scope of Application of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of this kit by customers.

1. Terms of License
We grant permission to use this kit free of charge within the scope of these Terms of Use only when the customer is an individual or an unincorporated organization and uses it for non-commercial purposes.
2. Examples of permissible use
Creating articles introducing, providing strategies for, and reviewing this game on personal websites, blogs, social media, etc.
Use in flyers, posters, websites, etc. for non-profit fan events, etc.
Use as thumbnails or decorations in videos (such as game commentary videos) distributed online.
Personal settings as wallpaper for PCs and smartphones
3. Obligation to confirm special provisions
This kit contains materials that are subject to external terms and conditions that differ from these Terms of Use. Users must confirm and comply with the special provisions in Article 5.

When using the materials in this kit, please accurately include the following copyright notice in an easily visible location on the content (web pages, images, videos, etc.) you create.© ARC SYSTEM WORKS
If the © appears garbled, use of (C) is permitted.
Please insert a half-width space between © and ARC.
2. Material Processing
Minor processing (trimming, resizing, etc.) that does not compromise the integrity of the material is permitted. However, modifications that fall under the prohibited items in Article 4 are not permitted.
3. Redistribution
We grant permission to reproduce and redistribute this kit free of charge, provided that all of the following conditions are met: the file structure and other aspects of the kit remain unchanged, and the kit is reproduced in its original state.
(a) Redistribution is limited to non-commercial purposes.
(b) Do not modify any of the material data (logos, illustrations, etc.) included in this kit.
(c) The specific character materials specified in Article 5 are not subject to redistribution permission under this section. The redistribution of the material and the conditions thereof shall be governed by external regulations established by the rights holder.

Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using this kit.
1. Use for commercial purposes
Any act of directly or indirectly obtaining monetary or other benefits by using this kit or its processed or reproduced products.
2. Use that damages the image of the work or brand
Expressions that damage the reputation or credibility of this game, its characters, our company, or third parties, or that slander or defame them.
Combination with content that is excessively violent, sexual, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to public order and morals.
Use for the purpose of promoting or soliciting specific ideas, beliefs, religions, or political activities.
3. Acts that may cause confusion with official entities
Creating works that may be misunderstood as being “official” to our company or this game.
4. Sale and inappropriate redistribution of materials
Selling this kit or its reproductions for profit, and redistributing it in a manner that does not meet the conditions of Article 3, Paragraph 3.
5. Infringement of Rights
Any act that infringes on the copyrights, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights of our company or a third party.

The use of materials related to the character “Lucy” included in this kit is not subject to the provisions of this Agreement (including the copyright notice obligation in Article 3, Paragraph 1 and the redistribution permission in Article 3, Paragraph 3), and the following fan content guidelines established by CD PROJEKT RED shall apply exclusively.

All intellectual property rights related to the data included in this kit belong to our company or the legitimate rights holders who have granted us permission to use them.

1. If we determine that a customer has violated any provision of these Terms of Use, we may revoke the license at any time and request that the customer cease using the materials and delete any related works.
2. If a customer is found to have violated the Terms of Use on an online service such as a website or social media, we may, without prior notice, request the operator of the service (server administrator, social media operator, etc.) to take measures to prevent the transmission of infringing information (such as deleting content) in accordance with the Provider Liability Limitation Law and other laws and regulations.
3. If the violation is not corrected despite the requests and measures described in the preceding paragraphs, or if we determine that the violation is malicious, we may take legal action in accordance with copyright law and other relevant laws and regulations.

1. The use and redistribution of this kit shall be at the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Our company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by customers through the use of this kit, or for any disputes arising between customers and third parties.

1. Our Company may amend these Terms at its discretion.
2. In the event that our Company revises these Terms of Use, it shall determine the effective date of the revised Terms of Use and notify users of the revision, the content of the revised Terms of Use, and the effective date thereof by means of the Internet or other appropriate methods prior to the effective date.
